Willow Bullen is the visionary founder and CEO of Data Tree Consulting, a boutique software consulting firm specializing in building unique solutions for the most exclusive clients. With nearly a decade working with Google, and approaching two decades of experience in technology, she has established herself as a thought leader in software development and digital transformation.

Willow’s journey began with a passion for problem-solving and technology. After earning a degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Florida Institue of Technology, she worked doing research for the federal government outside DC. First at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), then at an outside contractor, Intelligent Automation. Here she developed her innovative approach to technology designing novel solutions, and publishing multiple papers.

In 2024, Willow took a leap of faith and founded Data Tree Consulting with the vision of helping organizations leverage technology to achieve their strategic goals.  Known for her commitment to delivering tailored solutions that drive efficiency, growth, and competitive advantage. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and a relentless focus on client success. Her innovative approach and ability to see the bigger picture soon made her a sought-after consultant.

Outside of work, Willow can be found in Brooklyn where she enjoys roller derby, writing, and playing Dungeons and Dragons. She believes in continuous learning and is dedicated to staying at the forefront of technological advancements.
